Return Policy
Returns
Your items are eligible for returns within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the foil seal or any other seals in tact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website in the form of your completed order number. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items not purchased directly from our site.
Any item purchased more than 14 days ago is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
A $15.00 Re-stocking fee will be charged to cover the handling charge for returning your items, unless you have received damaged items in which case this fee will be waived.
Refunds will be issued once the return package is received at our fulfillment center less the re-stocking fee and original shipping cost.

Damaged Products
We always try to take care in producing, storing and shipping our products, but the occasional rogue forklift or checked out delivery man can lay waste to the best intentions! So if you ever receive damaged goods email us at orders@zandik.com ASAP and we will get those replaced faster than you can rip your next labia strip! A picture is worth a thousand words, so please send those in your email so our team can prevent this from happening in the future. Any re-stocking fees will be waived for damaged items and we will ship your new items even before your damaged items are returned (as long as images of damage have been provided.
Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we want to make it right ASAP! If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email at orders@zandilandbeauty.com
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We can see times of 2-5 business days to be processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@zandilandbeauty.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you are completing an exchange for damaged goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
