Keeping your clients skin looking and feeling fabulous between appointments requires two things - Exfoliation and Hydration! Exfoliation without hydration will leave the skin feeling parched and can cause dead skin cells to slough off and clog up those hair follicles. The natural ingredients in our Deck Polish not only hydrate and illuminate the skin, they also treat and prevent bacteria that cause ingrown hairs with a 1, 2 punch - killing existing bacteria and closing down pores so it has no chance of getting back in! Each of your clients will want to take home one of our Deck Scrubs and one of our Deck Polishes to keep that kitty pretty and ready for their next wax appointment. If they have additional skin needs like scarring and hyperpigmentation where they wax, they may also want to take home our Deck Glow Bikini Brightening Serum.
Here's the deal: after you wax or sugar sesh, give your clients skin a little breather. Wait 48 hours before diving into your Deck Scrub—we know they’re eager, but their skin’s still in recovery mode. Once they're past that window, it's game on.
For best results, clients use Deck Scrub 2-4 times a week (pending your recommendation). In the shower, massage that scrub in circular motions—hello, silky softness. Need deeper exfoliation? Try it on dry skin before you rinse. Trust us, your skin will thank you.

Deck Polish is great as a finisher for waxing because it removes any wax residue, calms and cools the skin, reduces after-wax redness, and closes the pores down so that yucky bacteria can’t get in. Deck Polish is a hydrating balm that moisturizes skin and is recommended for all clients. Deck Glow Brightening Serum is formulated for clients that specifically deal with hyperpigmentation and/or scarring. Both of these products can be used immediately after waxing. Deck Polish is great for removing any wax residue and has natural astringents that close pores.
Yes! Deck Polish, Deck Glow and Kitty Wipes are great products to use post hair removal to smooth skin and prevent ingrowns. We offer both Kitty Wipes and Deck Polish (OG or PURE) in a larger, backbar size.Our backbar products are exclusive for in-treatment use and can not be sold for retail.

Yes! Every single Zandi Land product is 100% vegan—no animal-derived ingredients here, ever. Just clean, conscious formulas made to love your skin and the planet.
Our products contain essential oils. The data is inconclusive on the use of essential oils during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Generally clients should be fine, especially using the products externally. As with any new beauty regimen, we recommend that your clients consult with their health care provider before use.
We use fractionated coconut oil in our PURE products. Normal coconut oil (the coconut oil you might see at the grocery store) is solid at room temperate. It can then solidify on top of pores and trap bacteria, which can cause clogging.
Fractionated coconut oil is processed in a way that leaves the oil in liquid state. Since our coconut oil stays liquid, it is non-comedogenic, meaning that it will hydrate pores without clogging them. Thus, your clients can get all the benefits of coconut oil without having to worry about clogged pores!

Ingrown hairs occur when regrowing hair becomes trapped beneath the skin’s surface, often due to dead skin buildup or improper post-wax care. To prevent this, regular exfoliation is essential. Orders placed before 11am ET receive same business day shipping! Orders placed after that are shipped the next business day. If you need it sooner make sure to use our express shipping options at check out!
Our fulfillment center is in Texas. Depending on your location, your order can arrive between 2-5 business days.
We do not have a drop shipping program, however, you can open an Affiliate Program with us where you earn 10% commission on any Zandi Land Beauty order placed with your code or link. Find out more about this program and how to apply here.
We do currently ship to both the US and Canada. If you are not in the continental US, but have a US forwarding address that ships to you, you can apply for a wholesale account.

We get it. Mistakes happen. And we will always help out as much as we possibly can, however in order to give our customers the best possible experience we try to get orders out the door quickly and may not always be able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped, it will not be able to be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our return policy here
Orders that can be cancelled will be refunded. You will receive notification via email that your order is cancelled and being refunded. We send those as soon as our fulfillment team confirms the cancel. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted from your card provider. We can see times of 2-5 business days to be processed.
We would like to think that when you start placing your Pro orders, you already know that you love our products and that we have answered all of your questions to help you place just the order that you need! We always try to take care in producing, storing and shipping our products, but the occasional rogue forklift or checked out delivery man can lay waste to the best intentions! So if you ever receive damaged goods email us at orders@zandilandprofessional.com ASAP and we will get those replaced faster than you can rip your next labia strip! A picture is worth a thousand words, so please send those in your email so our team can prevent this from happening in the future.
First, check with coworkers, neighbors, and family members! Many times one of them will have your package. Second, wait until the end of business day. Carriers can often mark a product as “delivered” prior to the actual delivery being made (we know, very annoying!) And finally, reach out to your local USPS or UPS office to have them help you locate it using your tracking number. If neither of those work out, contact us here. Once those babies leave our warehouse with a shipping carrier, we have little control of your shipment, but we will do what we can to help troubleshoot with you.
